Lane County Diaper Bank partners Lane County Diaper Bank provides free diapers to low-income families with children in the Eugene/Springfield and surrounding areas. Lane County Diaper Bank began in June 2019 for the purpose of helping families in our community who are struggling with diaper needs. We rely heavily on community donations for our diapers. We have several sites throughout the community where you can donate diapers and wipes to. We are working very hard at growing and gaining community awareness and need your help to spread the word.
Teresa is a loving mother to here 6 year old son Jonah. She is involved in her church and enjoys being with her family as well as hiking and going on adventures. Teresa has always had a passion for the health and welfare of the children in her community. Teresa began buying diapers for families in the community whom she found asking for help on social media. She wanted to help reach even more families on a larger scale. She did some research and found the Nation Diaper Bank Network, who has helped thousands of families in their struggle with diaper needs. Teresa Co-founded Lane County Diaper Bank with Dina Harper in Late June of 2019 through a mutual respect that Lane County is suffering greatly with diaper need. Teresa is very excited and determined to help end diaper need in our community.

My name is Sophia Ricci, I am a parent, a community member, activist and dreamer. I have worked in reproductive health for the past 10 years, and have a deep commitment and calling to supporting individuals and families on their reproductive, pregnancy and parenting journeys. I find beauty and inspiration in the different ways people find in weaving their lives to survive and thrive, and am always honored and humbled to be present to walk alongside folks on their path towards healing and being. For me, working with Lane County Diaper Bank is a deeper manifestation of the vision I have of supporting our community in aiding parents in meeting their basic needs. When our parents are supported, our children are supported, and we as a culture are all the healthier for it.
