A Few Words About Us

Lane County Diaper Bank provides free diapers to low-income families with children in the Eugene/Springfield and surrounding areas. Lane County Diaper Bank began in June 2019 for the purpose of helping families in our community who are struggling with diaper needs. We rely heavily on community donations for our diapers. We have several sites throughout the community where you can donate diapers and wipes to. We are working very hard at growing and gaining community awareness and need your help to spread the word.

Meet the Team

Teresa Baur
-Director-

Teresa is a loving mother to here 6 year old son Jonah. She is involved in her church and enjoys being with her family as well as hiking and going on adventures. Teresa has always had a passion for the health and welfare of the children in her community. Teresa began buying diapers for families in the community whom she found asking for help on social media. She wanted to help reach even more families on a larger scale. She did some research and found the Nation Diaper Bank Network, who has helped thousands of families in their struggle with diaper needs. Teresa Co-founded Lane County Diaper Bank with Dina Harper in Late June of 2019 through a mutual respect that Lane County is suffering greatly with diaper need. Teresa is very excited and determined to help end diaper need in our community.

Kristinia Rogers

-Vice President-

Meet Kristinia from the Trillium team of “Diaper Repackers”:
Kristinia is a Community Health Worker/Member Connections Representative with Trillium CHP for the last 6 ½ years. Kristina’s work stems from her shared passion of being able to help others overcome barriers to live their best life! Kristina “gets excited about a lot of things,” but being a part of the change in our community, “it’s an indescribable excitement” as she says.
Kristinia connected with her team about this opportunity and became very excited to be part of this effort. “Volunteering for Lane County Diaper Bank has a powerful emotional effect of feeling connected with change in our community” Kristinia is happy that her and her team are able to help others who are experiencing barriers.
When Kristinia is wrapping diapers she thinks about the families and the positive effects of providing this resource is going
to have on them. If I can help a family with one less thing to worry about I am eager to assist.
